Notices
- Payment is supposed to be made in USD, kindly confirm with us if you would love to pay in other currency. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
- Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors, and a valid certificate from related department should be provided;
- Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact abs@absconf.org for details).
- The standard registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee, paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.
3. Payment Methods
Pay via PaypalPlease login to the paper submission system to register with a paper ID. Registration Fee can be paid in the system by Paypal.
Bank Transfers
Please contact abs@absconf.org for banking details. Bank charges associated with the transfer of money should be borne by the buyer.
4. Transfer, Cancellation and Postponement Policy
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to abs@absconf.orgTransfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.
Postponement Policy
All fully paid registrations could be kept for three years after e-mail confirmation at least 20 days prior to the start of the conference. Registration confirmed for ABS 2022 will be valid for ABS 2023- ABS 2024 if the participant could not attend ABS 2022 due to unavoidable reasons. However, the registration will be valid for three years only, and registration fee could not transfer or refund during the process. Compensation for registration fee differences is needed if there are any.
